- Follow the registration steps below:
Employee Registration:
- Enter your personal email address and create a password
- Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, and country/state you reside in
- Complete the remaining questions and select your Maven program
Partner and Spouse Registration (partners can also sign up for a Maven account at no cost):
- Your partner or spouse will enter their personal email address and create a password
- They will be prompted to choose who provides the Maven membership, selecting “A partner, parent, or someone else”
- Next, they’ll enter your Proofpoint information, verifying your date of birth and your Proofpoint work email
- After completing the questions, they can select their Maven program
