Your Benefit Advocate is an experienced benefits professional who is committed to assisting you with the following issues:
- General benefit questions
- Verifying eligibility and coverage
- Obtaining new ID cards
- Finding an in-network provider
- Resolving healthcare claims or billing issues
- Coverage changes due to life events (marriage, new child, divorce, etc.)
Confidentiality of Information
Due to federal legislation protecting your privacy and the security of your healthcare information, a HIPAA Authorization Form will be required for a Benefit Advocate to assist you with claims-related issues. Niki will provide you with the form when you email or call her. Through this form, you grant Benefit Advocates permission to work with your insurer and/or your healthcare providers to resolve your claims issue. The form grants permission on a limited time basis to only those individuals listed, and permission is revocable at any time.
