Get the care you need in the comfort of your home. You can get help with non-emergency issues like strep throat symptoms, sinus issues, allergies, stomach aches, skin conditions, and more.
Cigna also offers Behavioral/Mental Health Virtual Care options so you can talk privately with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist by appointment using your phone, tablet, or computer. You can even have prescriptions sent directly to your local pharmacy, if appropriate.

Proofpoint’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Cigna is here to help support you when you need it most. Visit myCigna.com and register with our employee ID. Once you’ve logged in, click “Employee Assistance Program (EAP)” under the “Coverage” menu item to access EAP services. Our EAP program services are available to all employees and their families.
